Took my 9 year old to have her ears pierced,Saturday morning.it was a great experience,from the friendly,informative,guy on the till, to the lovely lady who did the piercing,(Abi). They made my daughter so relaxed,she loved it.wasn't too sure where was best place to go but am soo glad we chose blue banana,swansea,they are great .????????????

I went to get my lip pierced in Blue Banana Bristol today and they were sooooooo lovely. The piercer Sandra was a dream and so chill. She made sure i felt relaxed and was v quick :-) thankyooooou !!

My daughter went to blue banana Birmingham for a scaffold piecing, from start to finish the staff where AMAZING!! there so polite, friendly, professional and when my daughter felt faint after they rushed to her rescue, from putting her feet up, getting a fan, getting her water and sitting with her. I can not thank them enough. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be going back(I know my daughter will)

I’m not happy, I took my daughter in to blue banana yesterday to get her belly button pierced and I’m her parent and they told me I need a doctors note for her to have a piercing are you for real!!! My daughter was so embarrassed and upset that she was being penalised for having epilepsy!!! I went else where and they said becoz I’m the parent it’s my consent and I’m there if anything goes wrong! I just think it’s unfair to make someone feel that they can’t do something coz of a something that’s out of there control! NOT GREAT

Love the clothes. Love the vibes of this place, adore the brand designer. Prices are a little steep but not compared to some designer brands so all in all pretty good. Would not reccomend for piercings though.

First visit back after lockdown with teen daughter,best shopping experience compared with Primark,New Look etc.Fitting rooms open, friendly helpful staff,one happy teen!!Thanks Swindon Blue Banana we will be back!!!

Last time in store, the rocker chick kinda scared me so not a shop for small chillderen, but apart from that very welcoming and hands on advice if needed, tattooists that is there currently is a very nice guy and we hope to be doing a shoot with him soon

I usually love this site but despite fast response to emails, cannot excuse the continued false ad of next day delivery on new rock orders knowing they cannot fulfil that due to them not carrying stock within the uk & are currently dealing with ups delays due to brexit non of which is communicated on the site.
After a month long wait for my order I requested & received a refund & managed to get the same order elsewhere within a week.
*I did actually choose a specific style where next day delivery was offered & chosen with no mention of delays & estimation of delivery that same week despite not being possible so hopefully that issue has since been resolved.

I bought a snow glob for a present for my friend for Christmas, the packaging was atrocious, its a wonder that it was in one piece, i had to get rid of the other packaging, i emailed blue bananas and no one ever got back to me ,terrible customer service.

I went to the birmingham branch this afternoon to get a navel piercing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. I really couldn’t fault a thing or ask for anything more. Thank you to the blue banana team I can’t wait to come back again for more piercings!

I bought Colin out of your store window about 10 years ago and brought him home to the United States. We live in Washington state. He has celebrated Halloween with us once again and we have tried to put a picture on your website of Colin and myself, of course he is in a costume, so he looks different. He still loves living here and we still love him. everybody likes looking at him out of our front window.
